Houston Rockets updated Team Outlook after veteran Forward/Guard Reggie Bullock was signed to a one-year deal with the team. The North Carolina product is a reliable 3 and D player, who averaged 7.2 points a game on 38% 3-point shooting for the Mavericks last year. Bullock will be another veteran presence for a young Rockets team that is looking to establish an identity and take a step forward in Ime Udoka’s first season as coach.
