Charlotte Hornets updated Team Outlook after young F/C Kai Jones was waived following a trade request and some strange behavior. The Hornets traded up to select Jones with the 19th overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft. Jones averaged 2.3 points and 2.0 rebounds per game across 67 games in his 2 seasons with the Hornets. This offseason was a wild one for Jones, as he had made some interesting social media posts that prompted questions about his mental health, as well as requesting a trade from the Hornets.
