Carolina Panthers updated Team Outlook after Cornerback Jaycee Horn was activated from the Injured Reserve list. Horn suffered a hamstring injury during Carolina’s week 1 matchup and has been on the Injured Reserve ever since. The Panthers will welcome Horn back, as they have struggled in his absence and own the worst record in the league.
