New York Giants updated Team Outlook after Offensive Tackle Evan Neal was placed back on the  Injured Reserve list. Neal suffered a sprained ankle that has not gotten better this season and will result in the talented lineman to undergo surgery to repair it. This is the latest injury for a New York Offensive Line that has been bitten by bad luck this season.
