Houston Texans updated Team Outlook after veteran Safety Kareem Jackson was claimed off of waivers by the team. Jackson spent the beginning of the team with the Broncos, but was released following a couple of incidents with player safety. The Texans bring in Jackson to be an experienced player in the locker room as they fight for a playoff spot.
